Rochelle joined the GWH team in 2024 as Project Lead: Preventing Work-Related Gendered Violence.
Rochelle has worked in a range of leadership roles in the government and community sector. This has included leading the delivery of numerous projects and change management initiatives, aimed at building workforce capability and the health and wellbeing outcomes for communities across the health and human services sectors.
Rochelle – usually known as Ro – has a strong sense of social justice and is passionate about systems and structural change that respects and values everyone.
Ro is a mother of two daughters who together have been renovating their home in Inverloch, and in her spare time loves to being in her garden, painting, weaving or generally being creative.
