Building Gender Equity in Organisations supports workplaces to move from intention to action. Through highly interactive learning experiences, this program builds practical knowledge and skills to promote gender equity, prevent gender-based violence, and respond safely to disclosures. Participants develop the confidence to create inclusive, respectful environments that prioritise care, fairness and accountability—supporting lasting cultural change across organisations.

This interactive session focuses on building awareness of gender equity by developing leadership skills that foster an inclusive environment and provide practical strategies for participants to implement in their workplace and/or communities.
These sessions include assisting organisations to learn to be equipped when managing gendered violence disclosures. Supporting workplaces to become gender equity ready and how to embed these principles into action plans.
A highly interactive learning series that recognises we can all do better to promote gender equity and prevent gender-based violence. A Better Go will help guide you on your gender equity journey from getting going and getting better, to taking action and making change.
