Our Equitable Leadership Development offerings build the capabilities leaders need to influence culture, make equity-focused decisions and take purposeful action in moments that matter. Through practical learning and reflective practice, participants strengthen their ability to lead for gender equity.
These sessions include assisting organisations to learn to be equipped when managing gendered violence disclosures. Supporting workplaces to become gender equity ready and how to embed these principles into action plans.
A Better Go is an interactive training series designed to create meaningful cultural change by strengthening the skills, confidence and shared responsibility needed to promote gender equity and prevent gender-based violence. Each module guides participants on their gender equity journey from getting going and getting better, to taking action and making change.
