Women* aspiring to lead in the dynamic world of new energy in Gippsland are invited to join the Gender Equity Leadership Mentoring Program, a groundbreaking initiative designed to ignite careers and inspire leadership in the new energy sector.
Minister for Women Natalie Hutchins says supporting more women to progress their careers in energy and manufacturing through a mentorship program is a win-win situation for women and the wider industry.

This innovative program is now seeking mentors and mentees who are passionate about driving innovation, building connections, and shaping the future of new energy in the region. Participants will embark on a transformative journey, gaining valuable skills, forging meaningful relationships, and building the confidence to lead in this fast-evolving industry.
Running from January to May 2025, the program will include five half-day workshops spread over five months, totalling up to 22 hours of transformative learning. These sessions will provide participants with hands-on guidance, leadership development, and opportunities to create lasting networks in the energy sector.
