Libby Jenkin is an empathetic leader, an advocate for equity across all workplaces and is deeply committed to supporting those who face obstacles to achieving their full potential.
Her career in Procurement for major corporate organisations delivering major capital projects has enabled Libby to develop strategies for income generation, cost reduction and efficiency. Libby has developed and sustained many high performing local and global teams and supplier relationships, and successfully implemented supplier diversity programs and policies. Her focus is on delivering top-quality outcomes for organisations and she is now excited to bring her skills and experience to the not-for-profit sector.
In her role on the GWH board, Libby is eager to ensure the long term future for GWH, and develop opportunities to diversify funding sources for GWH, build partnerships for mutual benefit in support of GWH values and goals, to help all Gippsland women achieve their full potential, safely.
Outside of work, Libby farms beef cattle with her husband at their family farm in South Gippsland, is a live music lover and enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren.
