Our Equitable Leadership Development offerings build the capabilities leaders need to influence culture, make equity-focused decisions and take purposeful action in moments that matter. A Better Go is an interactive training series designed to create meaningful cultural change by strengthening the skills, confidence and shared responsibility needed to promote gender equity and prevent gender-based violence.
