- Works as a Registered Psychologist (in private practice) with a doctorate in Organisational Psychology.
- Is experienced in developing leaders and teams, shifting culture, supporting wellbeing, and implementing change within organisations.
- Cares about equity, mental health and positive work environments.
- Values collaboration, continuous improvement, and empowering others.
