Gender Equity Leadership Development supports people leaders to embed gender equity into everyday leadership practice and drive meaningful, systemic change. The series of workshops combines peer partnership, structured accountability and feminist leadership principles to build confidence, influence and impact. Participants strengthen their ability to lead with equity, mentor others through transformative change, and foster workplace cultures grounded in respect, safety and inclusion.
An interactive 3-hour workshop where participants connect equitable leadership principles to their current leadership style. Using a growth partner approach, this workshop is a powerful starting point for envisioning what leading for gender equity looks like.
A deeper dive into the equitable leadership principles across five workshops. Ideal for leaders ready to embed gender equity into their practice to drive meaningful change. Participants will collaborate in pairs through an equity partner model to reinforce learning and accountability.
Our Equitable Leadership Development offerings build the capabilities leaders need to influence culture, make equity-focused decisions and take purposeful action in moments that matter. Through practical learning and reflective practice, participants strengthen their ability to lead for gender equity.
These sessions include assisting organisations to learn to be equipped when managing gendered violence disclosures. Supporting workplaces to become gender equity ready and how to embed these principles into action plans.
